Mr. Aris L. Howe II has over 13 years of experience in capacity development in the areas of education, policy and governance, communication and advocacy and Gender mainstreaming and social inclusion. He began his career in Lagos in 2006 building the capacity of class room teachers, administrators and other stake holders in the education section, he has since expanded into other areas.

He has a BA in English education a BA in Biblical studies. He also has a BA from the AME Zion university in Criminal justice and sociology.    He is a candidate for MPA at the university of Liberia in policy and governance, also a candidate for MAT in Education from the Cuttington graduate school in Monrovia.  Currently, He is the MD/CEO of Howe Trainers and Associates.
