Roberts has over 25 years of cumulative experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical and business industries with specific focus on regulatory compliance, chemical research & development, process optimization, business strategic planning, organizational development and human capital management.  He is an Executive Director of Business Strategic Planning and Project Management at Corporate Resource Specialists International, Monrovia, Liberia.  He managed the Technical Support as a Staff Chemist with International Specialty Products, a Fortune 500 industrial chemical manufacturer and worked as a Scientist/analyst for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical branded and generic product giants in the US. He also consulted for Engineering companies on chemical equipment retrofitting and environmental safety and waste reclamation for projects with the US government sector. He has a proven track record and is an outstanding performer in the areas described above and has worked for or provided services to Merck & Co. Inc., Watson Pharmaceutical, Allergan, Noven Pharmaceutical, International Specialty Products (all in the US), ExxonMobil Drill Project, Liberia, Total Liberia, ArcelorMittal, Liberia, and the Millennium Challenge Account, Liberia. He holds an MBA is Project Management and an MSc. in Business Intelligence.
