What we do:
- Accountability and transparency in natural resource management and provision of social services
- Conducting evidence-based research on governance issues and using the outcomes to influence government policies
- Advocacy: Facilitating the establishment of networks and coalitions to build synergy in engaging in non-adversarial form of advocacy
- Capacity development of CSOs
- Conducting needs-based organizational assessment and using the findings to develop capacity building interventions including peer to peer learning and mentorship.
- Monitoring and Evaluation
- Knowledge and skills in developing monitoring and evaluation tools and systems for learning and the effective implementation of programs.
