Samuel J. Kpartor is an Award Winning Entrepreneur and a US State Department Exchange Fellow. Even though he is the youngest on the team, he is the Head of the secretariat of the Consortium of Business Development Service Providers of Liberia, and leads the efforts in ensuring coordination amongst the members, and various partners and clients of the Consortium. He also serves as the Technical Manager of GUSCEMAN INC, a Liberian-own business where he helps to provide Business development and entrepreneurial development services and initiatives to SMEs and businesses, and also focused on business consulting, Training designs and deliveries of various kind; and institutional capacity building. He is a fellow of the Entrepreneurship Track of YALI Cohort 7 hosted in Accra and a Global UNLEASH SDG Talent 2018 hosted in Singapore. He is an SDGs solutions design specialist and helps to align national youth development programs in Liberia to the SDGs.  He holds several business development and financial management certificates, and has had several trainings ranging from entrepreneurship development to youth capacity building.
